Multiplier event in Malmö - VICTORUPESI

On the 26th of May 2021, IKF Malmö - Internationella Kvinnoföreningen hosted the multiplier event to present the results of the national report, which had the aim to research the needs of migrant women in terms of training needs to enter the labour market.

The tools used were desk research, interviews, and focus groups, involving migrant women, companies, vocational centers, and operators.

At the event were present over 30 participants, belonging to the target group, companies, and vocational centers representers.

The participants were introduced as well to the European Report, the common work of all the partners in this consortium, and some statistics of the findings were presented.
