Existing Practices - European Report
This European Report represented the intellectual output of the Erasmus + project , VICTORUPESI - VOCATIONAL INNOVATION USING CREATIVE NEW TECHNOLOGIES RESULTING IN UPSKILLING PATHWAYS FOR EMPLOYABILITY AND SOCIAL INTEGRATION.
The overall objective of the project was to capitalize on resources and work for the effective social integration of disadvantaged people in local communities, with specific measures for those who were exposed to social exclusion and had difficulty accessing vocational centers in their communities.
The present study required the analysis of policies and legislation, strategies, initiatives in the field for vulnerable social categories and identification of opportunities and obstacles.
The study involved three stages:
- Documentary research (desk research)
- Qualitative research (using in-depth interview and focus group research methods)
- Synthesis of the report.
